The Next Level
I’ve chosen Shawnee for my home for almost 17 years, my business for 4 years.
With experience in corporate America, start-ups, business ownership and support for nonprofit organizations, I have the open mind, skill set and HEART TO EARN YOUR VOTE.
My most important platform is to LISTEN AND LEARN as I represent the citizens of Ward 3 and to be a good steward of our finances, safety, and growth in our city.
Shawnee’s motto that Good Starts Here is so true.
Life in Shawnee is good and as a resident, local business owner and candidate for city council I will build upon our good strong foundation and quality of life. Shawnee is growing and our future is bright!
So....how do we take this city to its next level?
With SMART ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: Build upon our legacy, keep our money in Shawnee, get goods and services in our neighborhoods while taxes from businesses support our infrastructure. Be pro business and pro people!
Improve COMMUNICATION by creating a system of transparent, 2-way, accurate, timely dialogue between the city and its citizens.
Improve our community HEALTH with more green spaces, walkability, bike-ability, sidewalks, increased park usage, and sustainability.
Keep our city INFRASTRUCTURE strong as it’s the vital backbone of our city.
Thank you! Please vote for me on November 5th

Choose Shawnee. Choose Dawn
As your council person, I’ll represent the needs of the ward when I work alongside community and elected leaders to create a vision for Shawnee and a plan to reach our goals.
I want to continue to build upon our valuable legacy with smart economic development that benefits current and future citizens.
I want current residents and businesses to continue to feel great about choosing this city. And I want more residents and businesses to choose Shawnee as their home in the future.
I look forward to serving this community.
